By accessing or using NexMDNote, you agree to these Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Educational Use Only
NexMDNote is an educational platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content is for exam prep and learning support only.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration data.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid features may require an active subscription. Charges, renewal terms, and cancellation behavior are governed by the checkout flow at purchase time and your payment processor terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, reverse engineer proprietary workflows, or use the service in violation of law or exam policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Platform design, code, and original content are owned by NexMDNote or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use.
7. Service Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexMDNote is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
